GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Product that are bought from the Online Stores can't be returned. In the case that you need to exchange the Goods because of the size doesn't fit or it doesn't work properly, you can contact us at store@togoparts.com. Returns must be pre-authorized via email. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee, however, you need to pay for the delivery from your address to our exchange address and back.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
If applicable, we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. In case you need to ship the products using any carrier, please use the following shipping address: 379 Clementi Avenue 5, #11-364. Singapore 120379. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

GENERAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SP UNITED warrants its products to be free of defects in either materials or workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. For more details, you can check out the Warranty page.
Product that is bought from the Online Stores can't be returned. In the case that you need to exchange the Goods because of manufacturing defect or it doesn't work properly, you can contact us at store@togoparts.com. Or you can directly head to SP Connect Singapore Service Center at 102F, Pasir Panjang Road #07-07 Citilink Complex, Singapore 118530 and claim your warranty.
